Been awhile since my last update, sorry about that! The team has been busy and I have much to report!
Unified Inbox Phase 2
Progress has been made and we are rapidly moving into the finals stages of this project. Lodgix has never had true two way logging of communication between guest and property manager.
Currently we can send communications to the guest, but the guest responses are managed through the property manager’s email client and those responses are not logged in Lodgix. Going forward we’d like not only opportunity to log responses via email and sms, but more importantly to allow real-time communication with the guest using our new Staylio Guest App.
Which is a good lead in to the next update….
Staylio Guest App
We currently offering third party integrations to DACK and Operto Guest Apps. The problem with those offerings is that they are expensive, and they don’t offer real-time guest chat.
Staylio will be an app available to all Lodgix subscribers at no charge. Guests will be able to view arrival information, reservation details, departure instructions, sign and view rental agreements and converse in real-time with the property manager.
