Collecting reviews for guest stays booked manually or from your website is coming! Soon you will be able to set a trigger condition to email or text a custom review link to your guests. Clicking on the link will display ths review form hosted at Lodgix:
Once the review has been submitted, it will be made available for the property manager to respond. Once approved the review will flow to the API for display on your website.
