In February 2024, we successfully launched the Unified Inbox, which has been operating smoothly with frequent updates. Currently, we are working on integrating all Airbnb updates, such as special offers and date change requests, directly into the Unified Inbox. This tool is incredibly powerful and is also accessible through our Lodgix Admin mobile app, allowing guests to initiate conversations from within the Staylio app.

Staylio has officially been launched as our guest app. Within the last 90 days, the app has been downloaded over 5,000 times and offers numerous customization options. It serves as a powerful guest communication tool, enabling guests to access reservation details, property images, amenities, sign/view rental agreements, view arrival/departure information, acquire Wi-Fi/gate/access codes, chat with property managers, share reservation information with other guests, leave reviews, obtain directions to the property, and more.

Other Significant Items in Progress:
– Updates are in progress for our Airbnb integration, including support for cohosts, the ability to connect multiple Airbnb accounts per property manager, and the addition of “early bird discounts”.
– Transitioning from VUE2 to VUE3. This transition is a substantial task that involves updates to many internal libraries and extensive testing. However, by early October 2024, Lodgix will operate on a more advanced framework, offering improved application speed and reduced development time.
